Imran Khan got a big relief from the court
The Islamabad High Court declared the Tosha Khana case against former Prime Minister of Pakistan and Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan inadmissible. In the Tosha Khana case, Imran Khan was accused of selling a valuable watch gifted to him by the Saudi Royal Family and under-declaring the proceeds in his income tax returns and also in Tosha Khana. The amount is under deposit.
In this case, the court summoned Imran Khan to appear and
conduct the investigation and after the hearing lasted for some time, the court
reserved its decision. Today, the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court, Mr.
Justice Umar Farooq, has dismissed the case as inadmissible, which has given
former Prime Minister Imran Khan a major judicial relief.
On
the Tosha Khana case, the current government and former opposition leaders had
criticized Imran Khan a lot, due to which the matter had become quite
complicated, but the case in the court and the waiting for the court decision
had kept everyone quiet, but today Islamabad High The court has declared the
case inadmissible . Now whether NAB issues warrant again in this case or closes
the investigation process only time will tell. Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf who is
currently facing various cases, it can be hoped that after this case, he will
now get judicial relief and soon many cases that have been made against him for
baseless and political purposes. They will also get relief from them.
